Joy Session

Joy Sessions are deeply meaningful, intimate photo sessions created for pets nearing the end of their lives. These sessions are a way to honor the bond you share with your beloved companion and to preserve the essence of who they are in a beautiful, tangible way. My goal is to celebrate your animal’s life through thoughtful, love-filled images that you can cherish long after they’re gone.

Each Joy Session typically lasts between 30 minutes to an hour, though there is never a hard stop. The entire session is guided by your pet’s comfort and pace. There is no rush. These moments are all about them. I take my cues from your animal and adjust everything accordingly. These sessions can be done in my studio, at a favorite outdoor location, or in the comfort of your home, wherever your pet feels safest and most at peace. There is no additional charge for in-home Joy Sessions, as I want this experience to be as stress-free and comforting as possible for both of you.

Because I understand that time can be especially sensitive in these situations, I do my best to prioritize Joy Sessions in my schedule. If, for any reason, I’m unable to accommodate your session, I will personally recommend trusted photographers in the area who offer the same type of heartfelt service.
